What is your shipping rate?
- USA & Canada - Standard delivery rate Starting at $10.00. (May vary).
Dominican Republic - Standard delivery rate of $4.00 - Nearest Vimenpaq Location.
- FREE standard delivery on orders over $100.00 USA/Canada/Dominican Republic.
- Rest of the world shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to process my order?
Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-3 business days to be processed. After that, the order is sent to our local Post Office/Vimenpaq for shipment and you will receive an email notification. 

How long before I receive my order?
For standard shipping within Dominican Republic, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to arrive (USA/Canada & International shipping may vary). Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to errors on the shipping information.

Do you offer local pick up? 
We currently don't. Our location is reserved for production and fulfillment of online and wholesale orders. Make sure to follow us on social to stay up to date with events and collaborations with Bazaars and Local Markets near you.

Do you do wholesale orders?
Yes! If you are interested in stocking our products in your shop or placing a large order for an event please contact us. We’re so excited that you want to share our products with your community!

Is it normal that my pillows, scrunchies, pijamas, wall arts or bandanas might have some variation?
As our products are handcrafted, expect a slight variation in the appearance of each unique item.

The product I wanted is sold out!  Will it be back in stock? How can I order it?
Once an item is sold out, the restock times may vary. Make sure you are part of our #SolaolaFam List, to be the first to know when your desired item is back or when would it be restocked!
